My name is Kanoelani Patterson (She, Her, Hers) and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) & therapist. I specialize in children, adolescents, families, adults, substance abuse, & eating disorders . I believe in honoring where ALL clients are in their healing journey ; holding space for their trauma, joy, and their emotions . I am an eclectic therapist.  I help people from different walks of life and; experiences such as those that have experienced  physical/sexual abuse, grief and loss, domestic violence, substance abuse and eating disorders. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming. 

Radically Thriving Wellness Services also believes that Black Lives Matter, that Love Is Love, that Trans rights are Human rights, that No Human Being is Illegal on Stolen Land, in a Free Palestine, in Land Back, & that Water is Life. We also believe that the personal is political. This practice is pro-union/labor.
